1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kak44 ("kak44", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://kak44.io ("Platform"). • You have not previously been self-excluded from the kak44 Platform or had your account permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into a binding contract or engaging in online betting activities.

kak44 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification (such as a National ID card or passport) and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration & Verification

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the kak44 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a serious breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds held across the associated accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and to keep that information current. Any material inaccuracy in the information provided — including but not limited to your full name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details — may result in account suspension and delay or denial of withdrawal requests.

3.3 KYC Verification

kak44 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming and fraud prevention obligations. You may be asked to submit copies of:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent document dated within 90 days)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account registered in your name)

Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. kak44 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks at any time, including at the point of a significant withdrawal request or where unusual account activity is detected.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

4.4 No Third-Party Payments

You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation. kak44 accepts no liability for funds lost as a result of a deposit made from an account that is not in your name.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the kak44 Platform are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this Agreement, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 One Bonus Per Household

Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method. kak44 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus or void associated winnings if it determines that this restriction has been circumvented.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through strategies such as low-risk hedging, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of promotion mechanics will be treated as bonus abuse. kak44 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings, recover awarded amounts from the account balance, and permanently close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

6 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on the kak44 Platform are subject to the applicable game rules or sports betting rules in force at the time the bet is placed. kak44 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after the commencement of an event, bets placed by accounts under investigation, or bets that would expose kak44 to an unreasonable financial liability.

6.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest error in the odds or game outcome, kak44 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake to the player's account. kak44 does not accept liability for any loss arising from a technical failure beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, server downtime, or third-party software faults.

6.3 Cricket and Sports Betting

All cricket betting markets on kak44 — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches — are governed by the specific rules applicable to each market type. Results are determined based on official scorecards from recognised governing bodies (ICC, BCB). In the event of a match abandonment, suspension, or rescheduling, kak44's cricket-specific rules will determine whether bets stand or are voided.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kak44 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all funds held in the account, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Creating or operating more than one account
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Collusion with other players, including pre-arranged outcomes in table games or poker

8 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of kak44.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

12 Amendments to These Terms

kak44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.
